Here we are, the highly-anticipated Off-White™ Fall/Winter 2019/20 collection at Paris Fashion Week Men’s has taken place this morning at 11.30 AM. People seated at the runway may not have realized instantly that the neon green floor would been used as movie inspired "green screens", used usually for special effects. In fact "Alterazioni Video" set up a livestream that blended frames from other footages into the floor, highlighting the concept of this show, the "Public Television". Virgil Abloh said he wanted to send a message to the previous generation, who grew up watching TV programs and ads, a mix of images that formed our environment and shaped our view of the world. All the runway gave a sense of entertainment, also thanks to the opening sample of Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood and the rhymes of Ghostface Killah, which matched with the graffiti jackets, the deconstructed blazers, fleece pullovers and baggy pants.
