Here we are at the final day of London Fashion Week: Men’s Spring/Summer 2020. In our opinion the most interesting show has been held today by Samuel Ross and his technically driven streetwear label A-COLD-WALL*. Taking place at Printworks London, the space was opened up to anyone who registered via A-COLD-WALL* website, a move to “stop the conservatism of fashion” Ross explains. All the runway, dubbed "Material for social architecture", was about mixing four key elements: clay, leads, glass and water, to symbolize the relationship between construction materials and emotions. The elements have been used throughout the collection in many ways, from the use of colours to cuts and shapes. Most of the pieces have been embellished by a series of accessories like utility pockets, hardware, asymmetric panels and multi-zippers.
